NEW MANDATORY INSTRUCTIONS AS OF APRIL 1, 2020 FOR ALL POOLS AND SPAS STORES THROUGHOUT THE PROVINCE

• Our doors must remain LOCKED at all times
• It is strictly FORBIDDEN to let a client enter in the store
• It is strictly FORBIDDEN to repair a spa or pool at a client’s home
• It is strictly FORBIDDEN to do a pool or spa opening at a client’s home
• It is strictly FORBIDDEN to offer water analysis service.
• It is strictly FORBIDDEN to open or operate our activities on Sundays, including answering the telephone, answering to emails and do deliveries
• It is strictly FORBIDEN to offer our clients to pick-up their orders of products, even outside the building.

WHAT WE ARE ALLOWED TO DO AND OFFER

• We can offer on-line, telephone and email sales service
• Only payments by telephone (credit card) or on-line interac transfers are accepted
• We can present our clients products by videoconference
• We can prepare orders for our clients, which can be delivered * (except on Sundays)
• We can accept merchandise by our suppliers

DELIVERY POLICIES

• We offer free delivery with an order of more than $100., in a 25 km range from the store
• For orders under $100., in a 25 km range from the store, delivery fee will be $10.
• Orders to be delivered outside the 25 km range will be done by courier (Purolator, UPS, etc …). Fees (according to the order) will be added to the client’s bill.
