Refund Policy

At Barracuda Pools and Spas , we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be times when a product does not meet your expectations or you have simply changed your mind. For these reasons, we have implemented the following return policy:

Chemical Products

No returns of chemicals will be accepted.

For safety and regulatory compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns of chemical products, whether opened or unopened.

Other Products

We accept returns for other products under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period : Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Proof of Purchase : An original invoice or receipt of purchase must be provided with all returns.
  3. Product Status :
    • The product must be in its original packaging.
    • The product must not have been used and must be in perfect condition to be resold.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a days determined by your banking institution.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at 819-617-4343
