Replacement filter cartridge with 81 sq. ft. (7.5 m²) of filtration area for Hayward SwimClear C3020, C3025 and C3030 cartridge filter pumps. Direct equivalent to the Hayward CX580XRE original part and Pleatco PA81, Unicel C-7483, Filbur FC-1225 and Neptune NC651225 cartridges.

Important: your filter pump uses four

The SwimClear C3020, C3025 and C3030 models operate with a set of 4 identical cartridges. Always replace them at the same time—a single new cartridge among three worn ones will quickly become clogged and your pressure will rise within a few weeks.

Maintenance

Rinse the cartridges with a hose when the pressure exceeds the clean starting pressure by 8 to 10 psi. A degreasing soak at the beginning and end of the season significantly extends their lifespan. Plan for replacement every 2 to 3 years in residential use.
