At Barracuda Pools, Spas & Concrete, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

New and unused items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition;

• Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible;

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Final Sale Items

For safety, regulatory, and quality-control reasons, all pool and spa chemicals are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, whether opened or unopened.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Chlorine products

• Bromine products

• Shock treatments

• Water balancing chemicals

• Algaecides

• Clarifiers

• Specialty water treatment products

Gift cards, clearance items, and special-order products are also final sale.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Photos of the damage or defect may be required to process your claim.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at 819-617-4343.

In-Store Returns

Eligible items may also be returned directly to our store with a valid proof of purchase.
