Custom spas must be manufactured to your specifications. Therefore, a period usually varying from one (1) to two (2) months must be allowed between ordering and home delivery.
A level, straight access with a minimum width of approximately 40 inches is required to deliver the spa. A solid, level base is required by the manufacturer's warranty in order to install the spa. Upon delivery, if one or both conditions are not met, we will attempt to find a solution and reschedule a new attempt. Barracuda reserves the right to cancel any order.
Following your order, we will contact you to confirm the order and coordinate delivery. Barracuda reserves the right to refuse any order.
