Pool O-Ring 6 in x 1/8 in – AS568-258

Standard AS568-258 O-ring, measuring 6 in. inside diameter × 1/8 in. thickness. A common size for pool and spa valve covers, filter baskets, and equipment fittings.

Can't find your equipment's part number, or is it no longer manufactured? This is often the case with valves and filters more than ten years old. Simply measure your old O-ring—if it matches the dimensions below, this one will do the job.

How to measure your O-ring

1. Lay the old O-ring flat on a ruler without stretching it.
2. Measure the inside diameter from one inner edge to the other through the center.
3. Measure the thickness of the O-ring itself.

An O-ring that has been stretched or flattened by wear may measure slightly larger than its original size. Rely on the diameter of the housing in which it is installed rather than the worn O-ring.

Installation tip
