  Maintenance

  • Recommended parameters:
    pH: 7.2 – 7.6.
    Copper: 0.5 ppm maximum.
    Total alkalinity: 80–120 ppm.
    Free chlorine: 0.5-1 ppm.
  • Electrode cleaning: To be performed when necessary to remove oxidation or deposits.
  • Winterization: disconnect and store the device in an area protected from frost.
  
  Warranty – Canada

  The PURIFITEC water treatment system comes with a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. In case of defect, the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our head office within the warranty period. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and can only be applied with the original proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover electrodes. The warranty does not cover damage caused by lightning, breakage, improper installation of the device, freezing, or lack of maintenance. It does not apply to stains that form on the pool walls or bottom, caused by lack of maintenance.
