How long does it take to receive my custom liner?
During normal periods, manufacturing time is approximately 3 to 6 weeks following order confirmation and receipt of complete measurements. During high season (May to July), expect additional delays. We recommend ordering early in spring to avoid delays.
How do I take my pool's measurements?
Measurements must be taken precisely according to your pool's shape (length, width, wall height, corner and step shapes). A measurement error can affect the final fit. We offer an on-site measurement service in the Gatineau–Ottawa–Outaouais region — contact us to schedule a visit.
What is the lifespan of a vinyl liner?
On average, a quality vinyl liner lasts between 10 and 15 years with proper water maintenance. Recurring chemical imbalances (pH too low, excessive chlorine) are the main cause of premature deterioration. Regular water testing significantly extends your liner's lifespan.
Can I choose any pattern or color?
Yes! We offer a wide range of patterns: solid, tile, slate, shimmering effects (AquaShimmer). Available colors vary depending on the manufacturer's collections. Please note that on-screen colors may differ slightly from the actual vinyl rendering — physical samples are available upon request.
Does the liner include accessories (skimmer, returns, drain)?
Yes! Each liner order includes a complete kit of new accessories: gaskets, flanges, and trims for the skimmer, returns, and main drain. You'll leave with everything you need for a clean and watertight installation — no need to reuse old parts.
My pool has a specific shape (Lazy-L, Grecian, round…). Can you still make a custom liner?
Absolutely. Custom liners are designed to fit all pool shapes: rectangular, Grecian, Lazy-L, Full-L, oval, round, Kite, and many others. This is precisely the advantage of custom-made — no matter your pool's configuration, the liner will be cut to fit it perfectly.
Can I install the liner myself?
Installing an in-ground pool liner requires experience, a liner vacuum, and ideally a second pair of hands. It's technically feasible for a skilled homeowner, but improper installation can cause permanent wrinkles or damage the liner. For guaranteed results, we recommend our professional installation service.
